Pro: near to center locations, no chaos , good pool location
Con: wifi not working properly, quite old property (only room was good)

This hotel is fantastic in every aspect. The only downside is that the air conditioner is positioned directly across from the bed, and there aren’t enough electrical outlets in the room

The location of the hotel is amazing, all beaches and amenities are nearby. Also I would like to mention the service, it flawless. The stuff is very efficient and doing the best they can. Breakfast buffet is magnificent with eggs order of your choice. Also they have afternoon tea with no extra charge.
On the other hand, the hotel itself is kinda old and things doesn’t work as they supposed too. The mattress is inconvenient, hairdryer kills your hair, AC needs lots of time to cool down the room, power sockets doesn’t work and there is no top light in the room. Also the architect of the swimming pool area was clearly mad making all those sharp finishing on the walls and floors. The hotel needs a serious renovation.
So, service is 5*

Lovely hotel on a beautiful island, we had a beautiful sea view room, it was very spacious with good air con the bathroom was in need of a refurbishment but was clean. Pool area great with plenty of sunbeds and plenty of choice for breakfast would definitely return

首先酒店位置非常好，出了皮皮碼頭左轉走兩三分鐘就到了，環境很漂亮泳池也大，安排的房間也超乎我的預料，早餐還算豐富味道也還可以的，酒店還有好幾衹貓咪，愛貓星人狂喜～下次去皮皮島還會住在這，唯一美中不足的是房間裏的蚊子有點多

爛的要死，屋裡麪巨大一衹蟑螂，不提供拖鞋牙刷，我打電話找前台，回我一個we don't offer給我掛電話了……我話還沒説完有病一樣， 前台短髮女的歧視亞洲人，面對白男點頭哈腰，舔個臉，Everything is ok 對中國人特別不友好，愛答不理的，我們要加張床，一直讓我們等着，白人比我們來的晚，她先服務他們，弄完了一直在前台填一堆有的沒的表格，不應該先服務我們麼？就讓我們等着，給中國人的地方永遠都是最偏的那一棟，別的明明就沒人，而且入住沒人幫忙拿行李，泳池旁邊的椅子不能做，要我們消費飲料，白人就隨便坐，床單上還有血……衞生間馬桶像80年代叉燒鋪的公共馬桶，花灑不知道幾百年沒換過了……

Very well located hotel (just 200 meters from Koh Phi Phi pier where ferries arrive to the island)
Beautiful swimming pool looking to the beach. Excellent breakfast.
The hotel staff was just OK compared with other hotels we were in Thailand.
Overall, the experience was very positive and I recommend this hotel.

Из плюсов это кончено же первая линия.
Большой бассейн, но шезлонгов мало.
Отель снаружи отремонтирован. Но внутри номера старые, уставшие. При уборке номера не дополнили гигиенические средства, которые закончились.
Сейф настолько старый, что цифры не нажимаются , либо сразу много цифр, поэтому на сейф уходило много времени и закрыть, и открыть.
Завтрак обычный шведский стол.
